Licensed education is provided by Upgraded Real Estate School. Enrollment and payment processing are managed by Upgraded Real Estate Academy, LLC.
Upgraded Real Estate Academy provides online real estate education. Course approval status, credit eligibility, and license renewal requirements are determined by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR). Students are responsible for verifying course applicability and individual license requirements directly with the DBPR. All programs are delivered online. No in-person instruction is provided.
