When is my license expiring?
Florida real estate licenses usually expire on March 31 or September 30, depending on when you were initially licensed.
Check your renewal deadline anytime in the DBPR system. 😉
When should I start my renewal course?
The sooner, the better ⏰. We recommend finishing the course at least 2 weeks before the renewal cycle.
Is there a grace period?
No ☹️. If you miss your renewal deadline, your license will automatically become involuntarily inactive.
At that point, you will have a limited time to complete the required reactivation education and satisfy all outstanding renewal requirements. Otherwise, your license may become null and void, requiring you to restart the licensing process from the beginning.
Renew on time!
Avoid delays, extra courses, and unnecessary fees.
