When is my license expiring?
Florida real estate licenses usually expire on March 31 or September 30, depending on when you were initially licensed.
Check your renewal deadline anytime in the DBPR system. 😉
When should I start my renewal course?
The sooner, the better ⏰. We recommend finishing the course at least 2 weeks before the renewal cycle.
Is there a grace period?
No ☹️. If you miss your renewal deadline, your license will automatically become null and void.
There is no reactivation option. You will be required to restart the licensing process from the beginning, including pre-licensing education and passing the state exam again.
Renew on time!
Avoid delays, extra courses, and unnecessary fees.
